Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience in office management or workplace operations, with a focus on creating a great employee experience. You should also have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with experience planning and coordinating events of various sizes. A calm and solutions-focused approach under pressure, combined with a team-first mentality and willingness to roll up your sleeves, will also be beneficial.
