Key Office Role

The key to our Administration Team's success lies in our ability to provide high-level support to Faculty and managers.

This position involves:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the Administration function, including supervision of a team
  • Preparing presentations, documents, and agendas, as well as meeting notes

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing records, including archiving and offsite storage
  • Booking travel arrangements, accommodation, flights, and car hire
  • Coordinating planning for seminars and events
  • Overseeing catering and contractor management for internal and external events
  • Providing backup support to the Administration team, including executive and clinical assistance

For this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years' experience in office management, including team leadership
  • Tertiary studies in Business Administration or a relevant field
  • Advanced skills in office-based computer packages, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience managing information systems to maximise efficiency
  • Highly developed communication skills, including stakeholder relationships
  • Solid knowledge of budget monitoring and cost control
  • Proficiency in front desk and patient management systems, HPOS services, PRODA, and Medicare
