Main Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Set up, customise, and manage customer accounts, including keyword/Boolean searches.
  • Clients Relationship Building: Serve as the key contact, building trust and confidence with customers through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Training and Education: Deliver virtual and face-to-face training sessions to educate customers on platform usage.
  • Feedback Collection and Representation: Collect feedback from customers and represent their requirements in internal product development meetings.
  • Proactive Media Identification: Identify important media, key events, and issues for customers and relay this information to relevant teams.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Australian permanent residency or citizenship (unrestricted working rights).
  • 1-2 years' experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Strong customer-facing skills with an ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
