Projection and Sound Expert

We seek a skilled cinema service technician to work on digital cinema projection and sound equipment. This role involves installing, servicing, and maintaining advanced technology while continuously enhancing technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities.

About the Job

  • Install, service, and maintain digital cinema projection and sound equipment, using expertise to tackle sophisticated challenges and optimize system performance.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance, proactively identifying and addressing issues, while collaborating with experienced technicians to refine skills and knowledge.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing expert support to customers by leveraging problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions to complex problems, while strengthening confidence in working with advanced technology.
  • Engage with customers to deliver exceptional service, fostering strong relationships and refining professional communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and trust.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of service visits and equipment maintenance, enabling us to monitor performance, track progress, and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Technical training in cinema-based technologies is preferred, but we also welcome applicants with experience in electronics, audiovisual technology, or a related field with a strong interest in cinema technology and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with customers.
  • A valid driver's license allowing you to travel to different locations and work with different customers.
