Job Summary

This leadership role serves as an influential position within the Member Platforms team and beyond. The Senior Delivery Manager will lead a strategic platform's extensive portfolio, overseeing delivery and operations of one of the Fund's most critical platforms.


The day-to-day guardian and champion of the platform will straddle multiple concurrent and complex project streams, oversee a large team, and ensure the platform operates at its optimum.


This individual will act as the face of the platform, nurturing relationships with stakeholders across the fund, drive engagement, and provide direction to vendors and service integration partners.


Responsibilities

  • Nurture key stakeholder relationships across the organization.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and engagement.
  • Cultivate business partnerships and vendor relationships.
  • Promote business demands and achieve high business value through scalable solutions.
  • Oversee platform build and maintenance activities.
  • Implement metrics to measure delivery efficiencies.
  • Provide daily support and people leadership to direct reports.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have significant experience as a senior delivery manager in a complex organization, preferably delivering enterprise-wide technology or digital projects.


Key skills include:

  • Strong experience working with agile frameworks.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and set priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendors and directing technical delivery teams.
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills.
  • Relevant business or technology tertiary qualifications.
