Job Title: Transport Engineering Leader

This role plays a pivotal part in spearheading transport and traffic engineering projects, encompassing transport impact assessments and design development. The ideal candidate will possess experience in micro/meso modelling or road safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and contribute to transport and traffic engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery of technically sound outcomes within defined parameters.
  • Advise on technical transport requirements during planning, optioneering, and concept development stages for infrastructure and planning projects.
  • Manage and deliver small to medium-sized projects while supporting large-scale initiatives, ensuring client needs are met.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in transport impact assessments, intersection modelling, and inclusive road design, with strong knowledge of local traffic engineering standards across diverse project scales.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, building strong client relationships and working effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Desirable experience in Road Safety Audits, Road Safety Assessments, and micro/meso modelling.
  • Committed, adaptable, and eager to learn, thriving in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments; holds a degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
