Job Overview

This role requires a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to perform various tasks on the 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems, ensuring optimal performance
  • Perform emergency repairs, troubleshoot issues, and maintain tooling and fabrication equipment
  • Communicate effectively with production staff, respond promptly to requests, and provide timely maintenance service
  • Document work activities, maintain records, and ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, preferably with knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to distinguish colors, with correctable eyesight and hearing, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to handle multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to safe work practices, adherence to health and safety protocols, and use of personal protective equipment as required
