We are seeking a proactive Talent Engagement Specialist to assist in executing recruitment strategies across various functions and promoting our organization as an employer of choice. This role requires building relationships and communication to attract and retain top talent within the organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conducting initial candidate screenings to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Supporting the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records in the applicant tracking system and updating relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide support throughout the hiring process.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
