Job Description

This role entails overseeing the Quality function and participating in site leadership, ensuring consistent product delivery while driving continuous improvement through quality management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Food Safety, Quality Management, Environmental & Social Responsibility Programs for the site and supply chains.
  • Drive continuous improvement and initiate corrective action to ensure food safety and product quality.
  • Manage HACCP program and oversee third-party audits.
  • Investigate product issues and resolve with production teams.
  • Communicate with customers on food safety and quality.
  • Serve as liaison for food safety, quality assurance, environmental and social responsibility matters with government agencies and stakeholders.
About You
  • You should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, organisational and communication skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and adapt to changing business demands.
  • Effective communication with various stakeholders is essential.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role necessary.
  • Formal qualifications in HACCP and Food Safety preferred.
