We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual professional to join our hospitality team with one of our leading corporate clients, Ernst & Young (EY).

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for AV systems.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and implement upgrades.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the hospitality team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of system performance and downtime.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in AV technical support or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with AMX and Creston equipment, Microsoft Teams, and other relevant technologies.
