Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audio Visual Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for all meeting rooms and AV equipment racks across the campus.

The primary function of this role is to ensure high level meetings, calls, events and presentations are at premium standard. This includes setting up and troubleshooting AV and VC systems, fault finding and escalating incidents to the regional lead as necessary.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. They will also be required to perform health checks on AV equipment and provide reporting on room conditions to recommend upgrades and improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and troubleshoot AV and VC systems
  • Fault find and escalate incidents to the regional lead
