About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires expertise in air transport logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the complexities involved in coordinating prisoner transfers, including managing competing priorities and making sound decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Air Transport Operations: Timely and cost-effective transport for prisoners to attend court/medical appointments/transfers.
  • Provide Expertise and Advice: Technical advice relating to the air transport function.
  • Audit and Analyze Data: Review current practices and provide recommendations for enhancements to current systems.
  • Develop Interpersonal Skills: Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders on sensitive and complex issues.
  • Communicate Effectively: Liaise with management and staff at all levels to gain commitments and negotiate service delivery.
