The Technology Team is responsible for delivering high-quality digital services that drive strategic outcomes for our customers and maintain critical systems.

  • Technical Direction Leadership: Develop and implement a technical vision, providing guidance on technical options and ensuring the quality of team deliverables.
  • People Leadership: Foster performance and capacity by working closely with other leaders through the planning cycle, maximizing the potential of our people.
  • Application and Solution Design: Collaborate with business analysts, domain architects, and engineers to support good technical practices and patterns during design.
  • Technical Asset Ownership: Understand trade-offs in cloud architecture and engineering.
  • Deployment Pipelines, Environment Management, Automation: Have familiarity with modern software development toolsets and practices.

This role requires a strong bias for working within an operating model that prioritizes forming persistent long-lived teams of business and technology capability empowered to deliver commercial and customer outcomes.
