Job Overview

This role involves leading a stakeholder communications plan, business communications calendar and communication change adoption strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and experience in managing stakeholder communications.

About the Role

The Communications Manager will support the Change Manager and Project Manager with developing content for key project forums, develop impact assessments, communication change adoption strategy and generic and customized content needed for stakeholder engagement, partnering with relevant project team members to get the required intel and input.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a stakeholder communications plan that aligns with the project's goals and objectives
  • Support the Change Manager and Project Manager with developing content for key project forums
  • Identify and manage change-related risks and issues, escalating where required
  • Provide support for general project and change streams

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a communications analyst function in change management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Complex technology project experience including CRM platforms, project support and change management
  • Experience in preparing communication plans, impact assessments and learning materials with a focus on distributed user groups
