About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our residential care program, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to young people.

Your primary responsibilities will include building strong relationships with clients, providing around-the-clock care, administering medication, and facilitating daily routines.

Additionally, you will assist in the implementation of programs designed for the development of clients, report writing, and provide transport services as required.

Your Benefits

A valid driver's license and ability to work a 7-day shift work roster are also essential requirements.
