**Your new role**
It’s a fast-paced environment and a diverse role where no two days are the same. You’ll get great experience and join a team that cares as much as you do about addressing homelessness.
Based on the Sale, you will provide a range of accommodation and support services to people experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness or experiencing family violence.
You will provide initial assessment planning, access to crisis support accommodation, referral, and case-managed support. This can include counselling, crisis resolution, life skills training, advocacy and assistance with accessing long-term housing and employment opportunities.

In addition to a base salary of SCHADS Level 4 + super, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading, and can access the following:

**Your skills and experience**
You will also bring with you:
- Demonstrated understanding of the needs and issues of individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness
- Understanding to support clients and advocate on their behalf regarding their housing needs
- Strong capability to build and maintain a network of referral pathways / external agencies
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Community Services, Welfare studies or relevant equivalent or working towards a Diploma qualification
