Our company has a significant presence in the cloud computing space, owning and operating a vast network of data centers around the globe. The Data Center Engineering Operations team is responsible for ensuring that these facilities continue to run smoothly, providing customers with reliable access to cutting-edge technology.

The Infrastructure Operations team plays a crucial role in supporting the company's business operations, working closely with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery. This includes collaborating with software, hardware, and network engineers, as well as supply chain specialists and security experts.

As a Data Center Engineering Operations Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in managing contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will also be involved in maintaining performance benchmarks, analyzing data, and preparing reports on infrastructure operations and maintenance.

In addition to these responsibilities, you may assist with rack installation, power and cooling provisioning, routine maintenance, and emergency services. You will also participate in Construction and Operational Meetings, support Work Order compliance, and coordinate with Infra Ops teams for daily operational needs.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Maintain performance benchmarks, analyze data, and prepare reports on infrastructure operations and maintenance
  • Assist with rack installation, power and cooling provisioning, routine maintenance, and emergency services
  • Participate in Construction and Operational Meetings

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or relevant technical training or experience
