Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and autonomous professional to join our Acquisitions team as an Assistant Property Engagement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with homeowners in targeted areas through door-to-door outreach, effectively communicating our interest in potential property acquisitions.
  • Maintain detailed records of each interaction using internal systems, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
  • Build rapport with the community, representing the brand in a respectful and trustworthy manner.
  • Identify qualified opportunities and escalate leads to the acquisitions team, aligning outreach efforts with strategic goals.
  • Assist with local market research as required, staying up-to-date on industry trends.
About You
  • A confident individual with excellent communication skills, able to start conversations naturally.
  • Comfortable with face-to-face interactions and canvassing in targeted neighbourhoods, with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle or willingness to travel locally.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or community outreach is highly valued, with a strong emphasis on professional presentation and interpersonal skills.
