Job Description

We are seeking a driven and autonomous professional to join our Acquisitions team as a Real Estate Acquisition Liaison.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging homeowners in targeted areas through door-to-door outreach, clearly communicating the company's background and interest in potential property acquisitions.

Maintaining detailed records using internal systems is also a key responsibility of this role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be confident and personable, and have a natural ability to start conversations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage homeowners in targeted areas through door-to-door outreach.
  • Clearly communicate Conquest's background and interest in potential property acquisitions.
  • Maintain detailed records using internal systems.
  • Build rapport and represent the brand professionally.
  • Identify qualified opportunities and escalate leads to the acquisitions team.
  • Collaborate with acquisitions and development teams to align outreach with strategic goals.
  • Assist with local market research as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Confident, personable, and articulate, with a natural ability to start conversations.
  • Comfortable with face-to-face interactions and canvassing in targeted neighbourhoods.
  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, customer service, or community outreach is highly regarded.
  • Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously.
  • A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
