Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring outstanding customer service.

About the Role:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of supervisory experience in a retail or trade environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings as required
