Store Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Oversee and supervise daily store operations. Develop and support a team to ensure exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Store Managers in leading the team and managing operations.
- Coach and develop team members to achieve success.
- Live, breathe, and role model genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers.
- Set a positive example and prioritize safety.
- Manage a team, delegate tasks, and have a flexible availability.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience or be ready for that next step.
- Strong leadership work ethic and ability to manage a team.
- Demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations.
- Ideal candidates will have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge and hold a valid driver's license.
- Physical capacity to perform duties, including handling products of a heavy nature.
