About This Role

This is a permanent opportunity to lead our team as a Director of Service.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Community Partnership: Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, participating in events and engagement initiatives.
  2. Autonomy and Creativity: Plan and deliver enriching experiences for children and their families, enjoying creative freedom and autonomy.
  3. Relationship Building: Foster fun, inspiring, and delightful relationships with children, their families, and your team.
  4. Team Management: Oversee and roster a passionate team of educators.
  5. Compliance and Documentation: Manage compliance and medical documentation efficiently.
  6. Community Connection: Be the link between TeamKids and the school community.

Service times: 6.45am - 9:00am, 2:30pm - 6:30pm, Monday - Friday + 6.75 admin hours per week.

Required Skills: Strong leadership skills, ability to build relationships, creativity, autonomy, team management, and compliance.
