Director of Service Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Service to lead our team of educators.

This permanent and full-time position offers a unique opportunity to join a vibrant and passionate community of professionals who share a commitment to delivering high-quality services to children and their families.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with schools, managing compliance and medical documentation, and fostering positive interactions with children and their families.

  • Manage and develop your team of educators to deliver exceptional services
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with schools and partners
  • Cultivate autonomy and creative freedom to design and implement engaging experiences
  • Foster meaningful connections with children and their families that inspire and delight
  • Ensure compliance and medical documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Serve as the liaison between our organization and school communities

Your Key Qualifications
