Director of Student Wellbeing

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director of Student Wellbeing to lead our team in delivering high-quality educational programs.

  • Built relationships with schools and partners on school events and community engagement

  • Foster positive relationships with children and their families that connect, inspire, and delight
  • Manage and roster a team of passionate educators
  • Manage compliance and medical documentation
  • Be the key link between the centre and the school community

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our services, including managing staff, overseeing daily activities, and maintaining excellent communication with parents and school representatives.

  • Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA-approved qualification (Teaching Degrees, Education Support, Children's Services, Early Childhood Education, Sports Science, Youth Work)
