This role offers hands-on training in turf care, irrigation, and wicket preparation, as well as mentorship from experienced Greenkeepers and the Grounds Manager.


You will also have the opportunity to support the completion of your Certificate III in Sports Turf Management and work in a stunning heritage environment with top-tier sporting facilities.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of sports fields and cricket wickets.
  • Learn about turf care, irrigation, and wicket preparation.
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment.

What We're Looking For:


  • A genuine interest in greenkeeping, horticulture, or landscaping.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
  • Current driver's license (or working towards it).
  • Physical fitness and readiness for outdoor work.

  • WHS awareness and a proactive attitude.
