
EHS Governance and Assurance Specialist

The successful candidate will be accountable for the delivery of EHS governance and assurance processes for the respective operating division including the development and monitoring of metrics which demonstrate the effective implementation of the Company Safety Strategy.
- Oversee and manage all contractor and supplier operations concerning EHS governance in the Midstream Division.
- Liaise with and track commitments made with external regulatory bodies to ensure continuous compliance.
- Execute the assurance process across the Division, safeguarding all contractor-related operations.
- Identify, assess, and manage business risks within the division related to contractor management.
- Ensure consistent and reliable EHS reporting across all contractor operations.
- Ensure governance and evidence of compliance with License obligations, whilst driving performance and continuous improvement.
- Consolidate EHS reporting related to contractor management, ensuring standardized tools and metrics are used to fulfill the reporting obligations towards Senior Executives, Functional/Asset Leaders, JV Partners, and Regulators.
- Develop and implement simplified safety & security standards that concentrate on the critical controls within contractor management.
- Demonstrate that controls are established, operational, and verified for all critical contractor requirements.
- Actively participate in assurance activities according to the agreed assurance program.
- Ensure full compliance with Corporate Governance and Safety requirements, specifically in relation to contractor management.
