About the Opportunity

Are you a dedicated and experienced pharmacist looking to take on a leadership role in a community-focused pharmacy? We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist in Charge to join our team in the beautiful Gippsland region of Victoria.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community pharmacy, with experience in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient stock control, and managing PPA claims. As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will be responsible for delivering DAA services, promoting MedAdvisor sign-ups, and increasing scripts on file.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the dispensary's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient stock control and timely dispensing of medications.
  • Oversee the delivery of DAA services, including script reviews and patient consultations.
  • Promote MedAdvisor sign-ups and increase scripts on file through effective marketing strategies.
  • Manage PPA claims and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Requirements
  • General registration with AHPRA as a Pharmacist (essential).
  • Minimum 2 years previous Australian community pharmacy experience (exclusive of internship).
  • Strong financial acumen and time management skills.
  • Friendly, approachable manner with a passion for customer interaction.
  • Familiarity with Fred Classic and Fred Office systems.
