Key Responsibilities:- Lead a dedicated team of professionals, providing guidance and direction to ensure an efficient and accurate payroll service.
- Support the Head of Payroll in managing end-to-end payroll service delivery, ensuring all processes are carried out accurately and on time.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement initiatives and provide ad hoc reports to stakeholders as required.

Requirements:- Minimum of 5+ years end-to-end payroll processing experience.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a customer service environment.
- Demonstrated experience working within Kronos/Dimensions (UKG), Service Now Success Factors systems.
- Advanced proficiency in use of Excel.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and liaise with people from all functions across the business.
