Food Service Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations during the restaurant service period
- Engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience
- Maintaining outlet cleanliness and ensuring all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail
- Understanding guest requirements and delivering service excellence with each customer experience
- Collaborating with the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
- Building and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings
About You:
- An up-to-date RSA certificate
- Relevant experience in a similar role
