We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development (L&D) professional to join our team as an L&D Facilitator. This role will involve coordinating training and learning activities, developing engaging learning activities, and supporting the continuous improvement of processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training sessions for Contact Centre Induction and Agency training programs
- Contribute to the development of interactive learning tools and training aids
- Identify and document training delivery issues and risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Monitor and report on learner progress in facilitated training programs
- Collaborate with third-party providers and stakeholders to achieve outcomes and ensure consistent services across all channels
Requirements:
- Proven facilitation skills in on-site and virtual environments
- Experience delivering technical systems training
- Background or exposure to a call centre environment advantageous
- Proficiency in using Articulate Storyline and Rise 360
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
