Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced bookkeeper to provide exceptional bookkeeping services. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience using MYOB, QBO or Xero and hold a Certificate IV in Finance.

A passion for attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work unsupervised while meeting deadlines are essential. Experience with Dext, Hubdoc, Office 365, and Google Suite would be beneficial but not necessary.

This is a casual part-time position, available to work 2-3 days a week in Berwick, with the possibility of increasing to full-time as the work becomes available. If you have excellent bookkeeping skills and can start straight away, please consider this opportunity.

  1. Provide accurate and timely financial reports and statements.
  2. Manage and reconcile cash flow, accounts payable and receivable.
  3. Assist with financial analysis and budgeting.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Comprehensive bookkeeping experience using MYOB, QBO or Xero.
  • A Certificate IV in Finance (or undergoing study).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Dext, Hubdoc, Office 365, and Google Suite (desirable).
