About Our Organisation
We are seeking a skilled Financial Clerk to provide accounting services and manage financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage the end-of-month accounting process.
- Lodge and pay monthly payroll tax, superannuation, and industry funds.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Maintain accurate and organised record-keeping.
- Handle end-of-financial-year tax requirements.
- Assist with general administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and general computer skills.
- Experience with Xero is highly desirable.
- Relevant accounting or finance qualifications.
