About Our Organisation

We are seeking a skilled Financial Clerk to provide accounting services and manage financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage the end-of-month accounting process.
  • Lodge and pay monthly payroll tax, superannuation, and industry funds.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable.
  • Maintain accurate and organised record-keeping.
  • Handle end-of-financial-year tax requirements.
  • Assist with general administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and general computer skills.
  • Experience with Xero is highly desirable.
  • Relevant accounting or finance qualifications.
