We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Cost Management Director to lead our Infrastructure Sector team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering pre-contract cost management services across a portfolio of exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities- Cost Management Expertise: Provide accurate estimation and cost planning advice to clients, and present it in a clear and concise manner.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of professionals and provide continuous development and guidance to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality services.
- Project Delivery: Deliver assignments competently and professionally, ensuring that resources, cost, and time are managed effectively to meet margins.
- Client Relationship Management: Represent the company in a professional and diligent manner, meeting, negotiating, and corresponding with clients to form strong working relationships.
- Business Development: Develop and win business in our expanding Infrastructure team, bringing a vast knowledge and understanding of the sector to the business.
- Experience: At least 10+ years within the Infrastructure sector in APAC, with a track record of delivering large-scale projects.
- Qualifications: BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, and membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
- Skills: Significant pre-contract experience, good technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills, as well as being well-organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined, and commercially astute.
- Personal Qualities: A team player with a 'can-do' attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful, and flexible.
