Cash Management Associate

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Cash Management Associate to join our team in Sydney. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a leading specialist debt-markets firm, providing operational cash management support and working as part of a small team.

About the Role

This 6-month contract position is based in our client's growing Sydney CBD office. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working with multiple banks and treasury applications to process local and foreign currency transactions.
  • Preparing monthly bank account reconciliations, maintaining reports, and providing account balances to end users.
  • Setting up bank accounts for new transactions and independently building and maintaining relationships with account banks.
  • Implementing efficiency measures, such as CVS files for bulk upload of bank transactions and automated reconciliations.
  • Representing the APAC office in the management of internal systems, including liaising with US and UK teams and training APAC team members.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have several years of cash management focused experience within treasury or debt markets operations, with good analytical capacity. Applicants on a WHV may not be suitable for this role, as the position is expected to extend beyond 6 months.
