The Role

The goal of the Customer Success Manager is to ensure customer satisfaction, meet expectations, and maximise value from investment in products and solutions.

Working closely with customers in the Civil and Environmental sectors, you will be responsible for developing positive customer relationships that promote growth through increased product usage, user retention, and loyalty.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  1. Drive growth and retention within existing customer accounts by understanding business needs and providing relevant solutions.
  2. Act as the first point of contact with assigned customers, coordinating on-boarding, training, administration, licensing, and support of users.
  3. Provide account insights through collation and analysis of customer usage and sentiment data published in a regular quarterly business review.
  4. Advocate internally for your accounts, educating them on products, maintaining lasting relationships, driving retention, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
To Be Successful

You should have demonstrable experience in Technical, Pre-sales, Account Management or similar roles.

Experience working with geotechnical solutions and clients in the Civil or Environmental sectors would be advantageous.

Experience managing stakeholders and customers in a software environment would be beneficial.
