Key Role Responsibilities:

The Training Quality Assurance Officer will interpret and provide advice within the quality assurance function based on legislation, policy and procedures. They will undertake specialist research and analysis, conduct reviews and perform inspections, write reports and develop policies to achieve results.

About Our Team

The Training Systems & Governance team is responsible for the development, quality assurance and control of all submarine training. This includes conducting quality assurance inspections, performing quality control reviews, maintaining records, managing version control, and coordinating computer-based training for all submarine training.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Ability to interpret and apply legislation, policy and procedures
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills
