Job Opportunity: Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate mental health professional to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals in need, providing personalized support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

About the Role

This is a remote freelance role that offers flexible business hours, allowing you to work at your own pace while making a real difference in people's lives. You will be responsible for delivering one-on-one video sessions to clients, addressing a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide mental health support and guidance to clients via scheduled video sessions.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Partner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and enhance client programs.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology is required.
  • Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches is essential.
  • A minimum of 300 clinical hours post-masters degree is necessary.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and local language are required.
  • Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in EAP, counselling adults, or coaching managerial roles is also beneficial.
  • Openness to working onsite if necessary is a plus.
