Job Role Overview

The role of Project Coordinator supports our sales campaigns by ensuring seamless delivery and effective communication with various stakeholders.

This key position is responsible for assisting clients in curating their wine offerings, collaborating with the Account Manager to optimise campaign outcomes, and working alongside the Systems Support Administrator to ensure accurate input of data into Zoho CRM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in setting up and managing their Direct Phone Sales Campaigns, ensuring all details are accurate and properly configured.
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager to refine campaign offerings and align deals with overarching business objectives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and ensure seamless integration of tools.

Day-to-day Operations

  • Communicate updates to the sales team and ensure changes are reflected in Zoho CRM and other platforms.
  • Triage and manage queries from the phone sales team that require confirmation from clients.

Training & Documentation

  • Deliver training sessions for the Wine Sales team on systems, processes, and sales-specific topics.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation for campaign processes and workflows.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in campaign or project coordination (or similar role).
  • Excellent proficiency in Zoho CRM and project management tools.
  • Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets, with experience able to use basic formulas and functions.
  • Organised with exceptional attention to detail, and strong self-administered QA.
  • Analytical, with a track record of working effectively in process-driven and collaborative team environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in wine industry beneficial but not essential.
