At Medirecruit, we are dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of our community in Shepparton. We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our multi-disciplinary team.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for a qualified Speech Pathologist to work with clients of all ages, including private and NDIS clients, with a range of presentations (particularly ADHD, ASD and cognitive). The successful candidate will conduct detailed standardized assessments and reports, and provide evidence-based treatment.
- Collaborate with support team members, including Support Workers, Parents, Teachers, and other healthcare professionals
- Conduct therapy sessions with clients of all ages
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
This is a full-time position, but part-time will also be considered. Sponsorship for overseas candidates will also be considered.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and SPA registration
- Previous experience collaborating with clients and assessing and managing common presenting issues
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
- Friendly and empathetic personality
