Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Assistant - Parts and Inventory to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in inventory control, logistics, and warehouse management to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Control: Execute regular stock takes on the main warehouse and Field Service vans, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stock discrepancies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional internal customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Packing and Shipping: Pack and ship orders efficiently, meeting customer deadlines and ensuring high-quality packaging.
  • General Warehousing: Perform general warehousing duties, including receiving, storing, and retrieving inventory.
  • Replenishment: Replenish Field Service Technicians' van stock, ensuring they have the necessary parts and materials to complete their tasks.
  • Interpreting: Interpret for internal departments, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in dispatch, stock, or parts interpreting is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal customers.
  • Time Management: Ability to work to timeframes, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
