We are seeking a skilled Parts Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, or Adelaide. As a key member of our Spare Parts Department, you will be responsible for receiving, picking, and dispatching orders, as well as providing internal customers with exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing regular stock takes on both the main warehouse and Field Service vans.
  • Providing internal customers with exceptional customer service.
  • Packing and shipping of orders.
  • General warehousing duties.
  • Replenishment of Field Service Technicians' van stock.
  • Interpreting for internal departments.

Requirements:

  • Previous dispatch/stock/parts interpreting experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to learn on the job and work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work to timeframes.
  • Proficiency with time management.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
