Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Chief Financial Strategist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving operational efficiencies and improvements across the organization.

Your focus will be on overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, processes, frameworks, and tools to foster effective, scalable, and intelligent growth.

You'll work closely with executive leaders to co-develop key strategies, ensuring that effective internal controls are in place and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory laws is maintained.

The successful candidate will provide leadership and strategic financial insight, shaping the future strategic profile of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with executive leaders to develop and implement key strategies.
  • Maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory laws.
  • Provide leadership and strategic financial insight to shape the company's future.
Professional Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven success as a Senior Finance leader or Controller in a high-growth SaaS/software company.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, metrics, and revenue recognition.
  • Experience with private company equity compensation plans and administration.
  • Knowledge of International tax and transfer pricing concepts.
  • Expert knowledge of GAAP (Australian, US) and IFRS.
