About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Wendouree. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and experiences for our children, ensuring they receive the best possible start in life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs
  • Ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children
  • Put safety first with everything you do
About Goodstart Wendouree

Our Wendouree centre is a 60-place centre with an Exceeding NQS rating, located close to local businesses and amenities. Our centre director is passionate about growing her team and has extensive experience in the industry.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Victorian Working with Children's Check
