Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective asset management strategies to support the delivery of Property and Asset Services across multiple regions.

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive asset management plans.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks related to asset management, and participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitoring and reporting on asset performance and condition, including collaboration with Defence Estate Management for all EU activities.
  • Providing oversight and leadership of all asset data-related activities, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Offering expert advice on asset management matters.

The incumbent must possess extensive experience in asset management or a similar role, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of asset management policies and regulations is also essential.
