Senior Property Manager Opportunity

MINT Residential seeks an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Melbourne CBD team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to elevate your property career while enjoying a balance between autonomy and support from an international hotel group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a boutique portfolio of high-quality properties with a focus on delivering exceptional service to tenants and owners alike.
  • Coordinate inspections, oversee maintenance issues, and liaise with trusted trades to ensure seamless property operations.
  • Support leasing, onboarding, and property handovers while fostering great communication and positive tenant relationships.
  • Utilize Console Cloud to manage operations efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • A current Estate Agent's Licence.
  • Strong trust accounting experience.
  • Minimum 4+ years in residential Property Management.
  • Proficiency with Console, Property Me, or similar software.
  • A valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
  • Great time management and problem-solving skills.
  • A professional, positive, and people-focused attitude.
  • Confidence navigating legislation and PM procedures.
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays on rare occasions.
