The Opportunity

This is a rare leadership role for a Senior Property Manager/Team Leader or Head of Department ready to take ownership of a well-managed portfolio. Based in Collingwood, this is a collaborative, down-to-earth team backed by developers with a long-term view.

Key Responsibilities

  • Well-managed properties with full support from an experienced assistant
  • Oversee PM operations, systems, and ensure compliance is up to date
  • Step in to assist with short-stay portfolio when needed
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants with a focus on service and retention
  • Report to business partners and help drive portfolio performance
Key Requirements
  • Full Real Estate License and ability to act as the OIEC
  • Proven experience in residential portfolio and team management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to handle pressure, prioritise, and lead with initiative
  • Confidence using PM software and adapting to new systems
