The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a motivated and capable Property Manager or Team Leader to join and office in the outer Eastern suburbs. Reporting directly to a highly experienced and supportive Department Manager, this is your chance to step into a well-resourced environment where your contribution truly matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of approx. 140 properties (can be reduced slightly if stepping into a Team Leader capacity)
  • Oversee all aspects of end-to-end property management
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members
  • Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants alike
  • Work closely with a hands-on leadership team that genuinely values your input
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in Property Management
  • Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Confident managing a portfolio autonomously
  • If applying for the Team Leader role, prior leadership or mentoring experience is highly regarded
  • Must hold a current Agent's Rep Certificate, Driver's License, and reliable vehicle
