Job Overview

The role of Technical Integrity Manager (TIM) plays a pivotal part in the Australian Government Department of Defence.

This position involves leading a team and undertaking tasks such as:

  • Maintaining records of technical maintenance personnel qualifications;
  • Monitoring standards of operator maintenance;
  • Ensuring technical staff are competent and qualified to undertake assigned technical functions;
  • Conducting functional auditing across multiple technical disciplines;
  • Creating and managing position employment and/or job/task requirements for all positions required to exercise technical authority;
  • Providing technical advice to senior management.
