Mental Health Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lead Therapist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician to manage a team and mental health service.
This organisation provides a variety of mental health support services in the community, promoting mental wellbeing through a recovery approach that aligns with its values. Key responsibilities include:
- Mentoring and supporting team members to deliver quality clinical services
- Ensuring services meet client and community needs
- Supporting the development of specialised workshops and client seminars
- Reporting back to executives on key objectives
- Participating in continuous improvement activities for the service
To succeed in this role, you will be a tertiary qualified clinician with proven experience in supporting and mentoring staff. You will have extensive therapeutic counselling experience with youth and families, as well as well-developed IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft office.
The successful candidate will receive full-time permanent employment, an excellent salary package in line with the SCHADS level 5 award. Other benefits include:
