About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Patient Services Officer and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will provide exceptional customer service both face-to-face and over the phone. Your strong communication skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities will ensure that our clinic runs smoothly.

As a Patient Services Officer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Booking and confirming patient appointments and consultations
  • Billing and receipting at time of appointment
  • Accurately processing relevant paperwork including data entry
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the clinic
  • Continuously liaising with the team to ensure efficient processes
  • Managing patient records and filing of patient notes

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent patient care and customer service
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience to work successfully both independently and in a team environment
  • Exceptional phone manner and ability to handle a high volume of patient inquiries
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
