Patient Care Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Patient Services Officer and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will provide exceptional customer service both face-to-face and over the phone. Your strong communication skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities will ensure that our clinic runs smoothly.
As a Patient Services Officer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Booking and confirming patient appointments and consultations
- Billing and receipting at time of appointment
- Accurately processing relevant paperwork including data entry
- Ensuring the smooth running of the clinic
- Continuously liaising with the team to ensure efficient processes
- Managing patient records and filing of patient notes
We are looking for someone who has:
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent patient care and customer service
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience to work successfully both independently and in a team environment
- Exceptional phone manner and ability to handle a high volume of patient inquiries
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
